Job Responsibilities:

    

1. Deal with computer and network problems, provide technical consultation and support for software and hardware problems.

    

2. Follow up and solve the problems of end users and application programs in time.

    

3. Operation and maintenance of computer room / router, switch and other network equipment.

    

4. Maintenance of network equipment and system in office area.

    

5. Virus killing and important data backup to maintain network system security.

    

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

    

    

Job Requirements:

    

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer related major, at least 3 years of relevant working experience.

    

2. Proficient in various web front-end technologies HTML5 and PHP development.

    

3. Proficient in the application of Microsoft Windows related operating system, familiar with the use of network software of common electronic office system.

    

4. Familiar with TCP / IP network technology and be able to handle common network faults and windows system problems independently.

    

5. Familiar with the configuration of switches and routers, with CCNA, CCNP and other certification is preferred.

    

6. Have good team spirit, professional spirit and subjective initiative.

7. Fluent in English reading and writing. 

    

    

    

工作职责：

    

1. 常见电脑及网络问题的处理以及针对软硬件问题，提供技术咨询与支持；

    

2. 及时跟进解决终端用户及应用程序出现的疑难问题；

    

3. 机房/路由器、交换机等网络设备的运营与维护；

    

4. 办公区网络设备与系统的维护；

    

5. 病毒的查杀和重要数据备份，维护网络系统安全；

    

6. 完成上级交办的其他任务。

    

    

入职要求：

    

1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上，3年以上相关工作经验；

    

2. 精通各种Web前端技术HTML5和PHP开发；

    

3. 精通Microsoft Windows 相关操作系统的应用，熟悉常用电子化办公系统的网络软件的使用；

    

4. 熟悉TCP/IP网络技术，能够独立处理常见的网络故障和Windows系统问题；

    

5. 熟悉交换机、路由器的配置，有CCNA,CCNP等认证为佳；

    

6. 具备良好团队合作精神，敬业且具备主观能动性；

7. 流利的英语读写能力。
