工作职责：Job Responsibilities

  

1. 根据上级领导的要求，结合实际建立健全各项管理制度；

  

According to the requirements of the superior leadership, the actual establishment of a sound management system；

  

2. 负责治安、消防、车辆交通管理工作实施全面管理；

  

To be responsible for the overall management of public security, fire control and vehicle traffic management；
3. 负责制定相关安全制度、工作规程及年度工作计划；

  

To be responsible for the formulation of safety regulations and annual work plan；
4. 负责保安内部的管理、指导、检查、考核工作；

  

To be responsible for internal security management, guidance, inspection and assessment;
5. 负责检查中控室内设施设备使用及维护，检查消防设施设备；

  

Responsible for checking the use and maintenance of the facilities and equipment in the central control room；

  

6. 负责项目外联工作；

  

Responsible for project outreach work;
7. 处理所有突发事件。

  

Deal with all emergencies;

  

任职要求：Requirements
1. 大专以上学历，45岁以下；

  

College degree or above, under 45 years old；
2. 3年以上相关岗位工作经验，有商务楼、大型商场保安管理经验；

  

More than 3 years working experience in related position, security management experience in commercial building and large shopping mall；

  

3. 熟练掌握监控、通讯、消防等机械的使用和维护、保养方法；

  

Proficient in the use and maintenance of monitoring, communication, fire fighting and other machinery
4. 具备处理突发事件的应急能力和良好的协调、沟通能力；

  

Have the ability to deal with emergencies and good coordination and communication skills;
