职位描述
工作职责
1. 1年以上Java技术培训师经验；
2. 1年以上Java开发经验；
3. 熟悉Struts/Spring/Hibernate框架，有实际项目开发经验；
4. 熟悉SQL/HTML/JavaScript语言；
5. 熟悉CSS/XML/AJAX技术；
6. 具备良好的代码规范及软件开发习惯；
7. 熟练使用Eclipse工具和Tomcat应用服务器；
8. 熟悉JUnit/ANT/Log4J，最好了解SVN/Jenkins；
9. 熟悉UML，掌握常用的设计模式；
10. 英语四级以上，良好的英文读写能力。
职位要求
1. 根据课程规划实施授课，并收集授课反馈创造积极向上的学习氛围并贯彻企业文化；
2. 评审学员作业并跟踪其及时改善；
3. 对学员提供日常辅导，引导其解决技术问题；
4. 带领学员实施实训项目并评估交付物质量；
5. 负责课程设计及课程优化；
6. 参与学员绩效评估。
个人素养
5. 工作耐心细致、责任心强；
6. 深入掌握学员的反馈及学习进度，及时调节教学安排；
7. 良好的沟通和表达能力；
8. 适应出差。
