岗位职责：
1. 贯彻执行国家法律、法令以及有关安全保卫方面的规章制度和方针政策。
2. 负责拟定年度安全、消防工作计划，组织实施日常消防、安全管理。
3. 负责拟定消防安全工作的资金预算和组织保障方案。
4. 负责制定酒店各部门的安全保卫制度和预防措施。
5. 组织实施防火检查和火灾隐患的整改工作。
6. 组织实施对消防、监控设施、灭火器材和消防安全标志的维护保养，确保其完好有效，疏散通道和安全出口保证畅通。
7. 负责本部门的各岗位职责的拟定，并定期对下属进行业务培训及业绩评估，提高队伍素质。
8. 组织管理酒店专职消防队和义务消防队。
9. 在员工中组织开展消防知识技能的宣传教育和培训，定期组织灭火和应急疏
散的演习。
10.组织酒店安全委员会对酒店的消防、食品安全、工程安全的定期检查，对存在问题进行汇总，及时确定整改措施和整改期限，并对整改落实情况进行监督。
11.配合、协助公安（消防）机关处理酒店有关刑事、治安案件以及重大责任事故的调查处理。
12.经常性开展部门的内部员工座谈会，了解员工的思想状态，做员工的帖心人设身处地的关心员工。
13.完成上级指派的其他任务。
素质要求：
1. 自然条件： 身高：以上、五官端正、身体健康，年龄30-45岁，有良好的职业道德。
2. 文化程度：专业不限，学历大专以上（含大专学历）。
3. 专业资格：长期从事安全消防工作，有相关资格证书。
4. 语言能力：普通话流利，简单英语交流。
5. 工作经历：至少有3年本岗位的管理经验。
6. 管理能力：应具有领导、组织、沟通协调以及应变指挥能力。
7. 其他方面：受过专业的消防安全培训，能熟练操作办公自动化和办公软件。
