职责描述：Job Responsibilities
1、制定并组织实施保洁服务方案、保洁服务计划和预算；

  

Develop and implement cleaning service plan, cleaning service plan and budget；
2、 对保洁员工进行日常专业训练，以及绩效管理（辅导、评价、反馈，激励）；

  

Conduct daily professional training for cleaning staff, as well as performance management (coaching, evaluation, feedback and incentive)；
3、 对保洁服务进行例行工作检查（每天），并不断改进保洁服务品质。

  

Perform routine inspection (daily) of cleaning services and continuously improve the quality of cleaning services.

任职要求：Requirements
1、大专以上学历，28岁以上；

  

College degree or above, over 28 years old;
2、5年以上相关岗位工作经验，写字楼、综合体、物业保洁行业优先考虑；

  

More than 5 years of relevant working experience, office building, complex, property cleaning industry is preferred;
3、有较强的保洁专业知识和操作技能。

  

Have strong cleaning professional knowledge and operation skills.
