Responsibilities:

1, Track and Collect the activity recording sheets of all the team members (subcontracts, internal team);

2, Consolidate and check the activity records in excel sheet;

3, Track customer signature status of activity records;

4, Simple data collection and operation work for C@P support team;

5, Meeting minutes logging for internal meeting;

 

Requirements:

1, Perform all duties conscientiously and carefully;

2, Strong sense of responsibility;

3, Fast learning;

4, Good at reading and writing in English;

5, Major in Software engineering or related is preferred;

6, Familiar with the operation of Excel, PPT, Word.
