SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? 1.Manage the translation of company materials from English into Asian languages, primarily
Simplified Chinese, but including Korean and Japanese among other languages.
? 2.Assist in the management of advertisements in the Asia Pacific region in multiple mediums
including print, online, etc.
? 3.Assist in the conceptualization, writing, proofing and the preparation of written materials in
Simplified Chinese, including articles, press releases, case studies, white papers, executive
summaries, etc.
? 4.Assist in the conceptualization and production of advertisements, brochures, newsletters, sales
support materials and related deliverables in multiple mediums, including print, online and

video, in Simplified Chinese.
? 5.Maintain the content of the company website in Simplified Chinese.
? 6.Assist in analytics and reporting related to the placement and management of advertising
programs in all mediums, of Web traffic, etc.
? 7.Assist in Arecont Vision's participation in social media venues including industry publication
websites, industry blogs, and social media websites in Simplified Chinese. Assist in managing the
analytics and reporting related to social media in the Asia Pacific region.
? 8.Act as a liaison between sales and marketing on a per project basis.



EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

? 1.Organization and attention to detail are essential traits
? 2. Previous marketing, advertising, public relations and or sales experience is required
(1)Previous advertising agency or in-house agency experience is desirable
? 3. Strong written communication skills in English and Simplified Chinese are required
(1)Verbal and written ability in other Asian languages is a plus
? 4. Graphics arts experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
(1)Experience with Adobe Flash and/or Adobe Premiere is a plus
? 5. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
(1)Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
? 6. Experience with advertising analytics execution and reporting is preferred
? 7. Experience with social media participation, analytics and reporting is preferred
? 8. A basic understanding of HTML programming is desirable
? 9. BA/BS degree is preferred
