Standex-Meder electronic Shanghai, a subsidiary of Standex Internation Corp., who is a listed company in USA and with more than 150 years history, is looking for a senior financial manager who helps us on below responsibilities:

Monitor the finance and accounting functions of the Company;
Set up control-related standards and procedures, and keep reviewing internal control system and make enhancement as conditions changed;
Ensure the finance and accounting operation of the Company fully comply with the policies, guidelines and authority manuals implemented by the group
Assign responsibilities and delegate authorities in light of organizational goals and objectives, operating functions and regulatory requirements
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external users;
Conduct cost analysis and pricing analysis based on senior management’s requirements
Organize the annual budget exercise and prepare Budget Executive Summary and Business Plan to senior management
Ensure that the company’s practice is in line with company policies, internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Ensure timely cash flow analysis and liquid fund usage
Provide senior management with tax planning and ensure that the company’s practice is in line with tax regulations
Set up and maintain good rapport with local authorities and regulators
Qualifications:

- University graduate or above, major in Accounting, Auditing or Finance. CPA is preferred.
- 7~8 years related work experience with at least 2~3 years supervisory level.
- Good management and communication skills.
- Good command of English both in written and spoken.
- Thorough knowledge in financial accounting system & ability to run accounting function of responsible area.
- Proactive, outgoing, leadership and team work ability.
