JOB PURPOSE:

The Tolling Master Planner- is accountable for the FG stock replenishment and purchasing for China demand and other countries sourced from China tolling plant. In addition, he/She will be accountable for coordinating with tolling plant to monthly provide forecast, confirm production schedule, pull in or postpone or change PO against demand change to fulfill customer order and meet DT1P. He/She represents all tactical supply chain planning activities at the business line level and oversees the development of replenishments to CHC to serve the scenarios that are discussed and agreed during the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting. He/She will be accountable for optimizing the inventory levels at CHC to meet customer service levels under consideration of the agreed inventory policy and WH capacity. The scope of the work is the window to work with tolling plant to smooth the tolling process and solve all production constraint.

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:

• Monthly provide tolling forecast to tolling plant to reserve capacity and align lead-time - 5%
• Translating and interpreting the outcome of the S&OP of the assigned product/assests with target stock level into PPDS plan orders. Review and release tolling purchasing order per the agreed lead-time to tolling plant to fulfill sales order. - 20%
• Closely cowork with tolling plant to arrange propoer material, qty and time to production and update CDD into PO. With SO change, demand change and urgent request, communicate with tolling plant to change RDD, qty, cancellation, insertion to fulfill customer order and meet DT1P. - 25%
• Regular communication with SC other functions & plant to update fulfillment outlook, highlight potential risk & follow up relevant allocation/supply improvement to minimize supply impact - 10%
• Work with across team to collect related material master information to do new tolling materials/products extension, creation, As well as APO master data regular review & clean up in SAP.  - 5%
• Daily TB block release and alert clean up to improve supply accuracy and control inventory - 10%
• Generate statistical reports for more precise planning, timely feedback risk/findings for Demand Planner/Supply planner to review - 5%
• Monitor PR PO auotmation, MAD auto refresh on process order link with purchase order, DOC of PO EDI to Tolling SO including problem shooting - 10%
• Weekly track inventory, AFG, closely monitor AFG inflow, analyze aged reason for regular AFG review & make appropriate improvement plan to optimize inventory, reduce AFG, improve DT1P and obsolesces metrics. - 10%

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimun Qualification - Bachloer degree with fluent on English communication

Minimum Experience - 3 years in Supply Chain Planning

Job Secific Skills - Forecasting Skills, Strategic Thinking, Ethics & Personal Integrity, Communication & Analytical Skills, SAP Experience
