A Europe-based multinational group, leader in additives for industry, is looking for a SALES MANAGER - MOBILE ENERGY & POLYMERS to develop its growing business in China.

Requirements:

• Technical/Sciences University graduate
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in business to business technical sales, Polymers industry would be an advantage
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (mandarin)
• Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft office, Internet)
• 70% of the time spent on domestic trips across China
• Experience with western company appreciated
• Technical background in minerals/materials science would be a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Open-minded, pro-active, a good team player

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales and market development in China
• Budgeting and forecasting responsibilities
• Market trend analysis, competition monitoring
• Key account and distribution management
• Promotional activities: individual customer calls and training, technical seminars, tradeshows
