岗位职责:
Responsible for managing cross-function project team to deliver project target deliverables, with management-approved project scope, timeline and resource.
1) Set up project team and ensure effective stake-holders management;
2) Establish communication mechanism within project team, and also with management team: esp. organizer of all Gate review meetings and presenter for Gate decision meetings;
3) Define project scope and target, based on requirements from product portfolio, steering committee and project core team;
4) Project planning with cross-function aligned WBS and corresponding budget & resource distribution;
5) Integrate development process into project and fulfill documentation requirements;
6) Tracking project progress and ensure deliverables’ quality from project team;
7) Project expenditure management, regular updating with R&D management;
8) Project risk management and problem solving;
9) Project change management and product change management, until handover to operation change committee;
10) Leadership: ensure project team understanding of project objective; ensure project team spirit & efficiency and protect them from distractions; training arrangement etc.;任职资格:
15+ years project managements,5+ years Industry related project management experience.
