Responsibilities: 职责：

1. Prepare inspection itinerary upon receipt of inspection schedule.根据验货计划安排验货行程

2. Conduct quality inspections base on AQL standard before shipment allowed. 根据AQL验货标准进行质量检验

3. Ensure all the suppliers adhere to our quality standards. Assist in monitoring the whole production flow.确保供应商按照公司的质量标准进行生产和出货，监督整个产品生产过程

4. Report findings of quality inspection result promptly to the office.及时报告验货结果及问题

5. Work well with suppliers/ factory management to correct quality problem 与供应商、工厂有效沟通解决更正质量上的问题

6. Maintains a close relationship with merchandising team. Check with merchandisers to clarify any query point found during inspection, & follow up accordingly 与业务跟单保持紧密合作，及时确认并解决验货过程中发现的问题

7. Prepare weekly inspection result statistical report & submit on time完成验货报告并及时递交

Requirements: 职位要求：

1. Minimum 8 years relevant experience, preferably in garment production, with Inline inspection, & factory technical audit experience will be an advantage.至少8年服装、鞋类、配件配饰验货经验，有验厂经验优先考虑

2. Can read and write in English is preferable.具备英语读写能力的优先考虑

3. Computer skills: Strong computer skills in Excel/Office/PPT/Outlook,etc. 具备计算机应用能力，擅长Excel/Office/PPT/Outlook等软件

4. not color blinded不是色盲

5. Business trip is must. 需要出差

6. Technical qualification in the products handled 具有相关技术资质

7. Good understanding of quality requirements for the products handled and AQL system熟悉质量检验标准，及产品本身的质量要求

8. Well versed in every steps of the production control & process, & strong in identifying production & quality issues during in-line inspection, & able to advise the suppliers/factory management to carry out the necessary corrective action plan right away in meeting with the required quality standard精通生产及控制流程的每一步骤，在验货过程中对于质量问题有很强的判断和识别能力，能向供应商/工厂管理者提出有效的建议，使其采取必要的纠正措施以达到质量标准

9. Firm & tactful character, with good interpersonal skill to work with factory people for problem solving under pressure, & also internal merchandising tea.做事严格机智，具有良好的人际交往能力，善于和工厂的人以及公司内部的业务人员沟通解决问题，能承受压力。

10. Hard working & able to with stand pressure to complete tasks assigned efficiently & affectively within deadline, & at the same time able to maintain the quality gate工作努力，在规定时间内高效地完成分配的验货任务，同时把好质量关。
