工作职责Responsibilities
1、管理库存水平，满足客户需求的同时降低库存，如有需要建立和管理看板系统；
Manage inventory levels to meet customer demands and targets while minimizing the amount of inventory. Set-up and manage Kanban system and incoming/out coming logistics flows.
2、管理/控制仓库运作，领导持续改进和提高，发现问题并解决问题；
Manage/control warehouse operations and take a leading role in continuous improvement and in the resolution of identified problems associated with warehousing and stores processes.
3、作为海关，商检等政府部门的工作窗口；
Manage interfaces with Chinese authorities (customs, military warehouse...).
4、领导和准备定期的仓库盘点， 组织仓库人员进行循环盘点
Direct the preparation and execution of stock takes and organize warehousing to conduct regular cyclic stock counts.
5、管理和批准物料采购，新订单授权批准及相关付款的安排授权；
Manage and authorize the purchasing order and related purchasing activities, payment to suppliers review and approval.
6、尽可能降低产品切换中造成的呆料废料；
Ensure minimal obsolescence during product changeovers.
7、管理潜在供应商的市场调查及挑选新供应商和物流服务商，进行必要的评估及核准；
Market survey on new sourcing activities, evaluate new supplier or service provider and finally release the new suppliers
8、准备年度预算，包括采购部分和仓库管理及物流费用；
Prepare annual budgets for the purchasing, warehouse and store areas, control logistics cost.
9、符合汽车行业TS16949规定；
Within ISO/ TS : Manages "Logistic" processes

Requirements
1、男性/女性30岁以上 Male/female and 30 years or above
2、本科以上学历，主修物流管理学优先。Bachelor degree or above, major in material flow management
3、5年以上在物流领域的工作经验，其中3年以上管理经验。有制造业企业工作背景优先
Above 5 years logistics work experiences with more than 3 years management experiences. Experiences of working in manufacturing company is preferred
4. 精通中英文书写及口头表达能力
Excellent at written and oral expression both in Chinese and English.
