Migros is the biggest Swiss retailer and a Fortune 500 enterprise with more than 80 years history. With a Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong and a Representative Office in Shanghai, Migros is working in two of the biggest cities in Asia, communicating directly with suppliers all over Asia and the headquarters in Switzerland.

For our Shanghai team we are looking for a Merchandiser with at least 2 to 3 years job experience in the field of textiles, sourcing and or purchasing. Chinese language (Mandarin) must be mother tongue. Fluent English language skills are a must, German knowledge as a second language is a bonus but not required.

Good knowledge about Europe in general as well as working for or with a European company in the past is a bonus.

The person we are looking for should be open minded, flexible, hard working and a very good team player. Economical thinking skills are necessary as well as a strong mind and good bargain skills.

A university degree in any kind of business and economical background is fine as required as well as any kind of knowledge about the related products.

The person will be in charge for home textiles and home accessories mainly but also with other related products like textiles and furniture.

Merchandiser position is open from January 1^st. Further information about the open position will be given during an interview.
