Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain production support system – MIS (Management Information System, include Electrical Kanban system; NFC application; data analysis etc.).

2. Transfer the data from PLC to PC, programing to enhance preventative maintenance for the plant, driving for process and equipment optimization to bring productivity for the plant.

3. Act as the single point of contact for information technology/information systems (IT/IS) when new applications are evaluated and deployed.

4. Communicate in technical and business terms the advantages and risks of new technologies with projects and different levels of stakeholders

5. Develop semi-automation for new lines together with project engineers.

6. Promote team work, pro-active to be involved in the new TTM projects.

7. Passion for coordinating and managing changes in challenging environments (ability to look at challenges always in a positive way)

8. Work independently, distinct openness for new things combined with creativity and entrepreneurial spirit

9. Self-motivated, proactive (with a can-do attitude), pioneering and inquiring spirit.

10. Working on any other duty or project on which the incumbent is assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

1.University degree in automotive electrical engineering or industrial IT application.

2.Good sense for the needs of stakeholders

3.Familiar with C# or Java, both on BS and CS structure applications; socket programing and one of the databases, SQL Server, Mysql, Oracle, DB2

4.Advanced in JS, CSS, HTML web skills and Winform programing

5.Fluent on using program IDE such as visual studio, eclipse, idea

6.Knowhow on application server such as, Web Logic

7.Good computer skills on MS-office, Visio, ADS or equivalent simulation tool

8.Good presentation skills.

9.Fluent in English (verbal and written).

10.Project management skills beneficial
