Objective of Job

Control, improve and develop process and reports for Quality and Supply Chain Controller-ship covering APAC region, through the definition and analysis of the annual budget, coordination of economic evaluations and objectives of the region.

Brief Task Description

* Ensure the correct planning of quality and supply chain costs by country and plant, provide assistance in the target setting and identify the opportunities and points of improvement in the management of quality/supply chain cost

* Consolidation of the quality/supply chain cost results of the region, guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the data and provide ad hoc reporting to the management

* Support the countries or plant to analyses the actual warranty cost into dealer, supplier and plant reasons and coordinate to identify improvement actions

* Coordinate with accounting to ensure proper accounting practice in place in line with group and local GAAP

* Risk and opportunities analysis of warranty provisions and supply chain costs to advise management team actions requires

* Monthly report quality and supply chain costs to global team assuring that annual targets will be achieved and if not, elaborate action plan along with the functional areas to close the gap

* Improve and develop quality and supply chain process and reporting

Qualifications

* Bachelor degree or above, major Accounting, Finance or related field, engineering degree or background is a plus

* At least 8 years related working experience, automotive industrial experience is preferred

* Previous experience in industrial controllership with knowledge of warranty and supply chain costs

* Previous experience in FP&A is a plus

* Proactive, dynamic, mature and a good team player, can work under pressure

* Result oriented with good analytical skills

* Good communication and leadership skills, fluently English speaking

* Good at excel skills, control area, knowledge of SAP system and WBS is preferred
