职位描述

Main responsibilities and key activities:

· Grow top line revenue from the sales of software products

· Build long term, strategic relationships with customers, business decision makers, and industry stakeholders

· Be a thought leader in the area of sales and customer experience

· Collaborate with colleagues across other business streams to build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Develop and execute software business plan, and build targeted account plans

· Deliver increasing year-on-year revenue, gross profit.

· Identify key customers, opportunities and emerging markets

· Manage multiple opportunities through the entire business cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary

· Lead a team of software oriented Application Sales Managers (ASM) who are in charge of demonstrations and benchmarks of the Esko solutions to customers. Be responsible to manage the team members’ schedule and to optimize their resources to further drive software sales.

· Detect new strategic opportunities and work with Esko headquarters to align the solution offering to the local market requirements.

· Meet/exceed annual sales target and KPIs.

· Accurately forecast sales and revenue.


Qualifications, Competencies and professional knowledge:

· Previous successful software sales experience

· Highly developed collaborative skills: outstanding interpersonal intelligence & excellent communication &presentation skills, to create commitment & trust

· Ability to analyze complex business subjects to conclude on commercial solutions

· Ability to identify business development opportunities (within the organization)

· Ability/willing to travel (approximately 70%)

· Confidence delivering presentations

· Proven success in solution selling

· Strategic thinking

· Positive/optimistic outlook

· Very strong listening& influence skills
