Job Title: Service Operation engineer

Reports To: China Service Manager

Business Division: Aftermarket

Team: Customer Service Operation

Location: Building B,  #118,  De Lin Road, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Pudong District, Shanghai

Job Purpose:

· Delivery the remote & on-site  technical service to Delphi diesel testing equipment users

· Delivery technical support for Delphi diesel products

· Manage Delphi authorized diesel service centers to ensure they are align with Delphi global authorization standard

· Edit the technical training materials for Delphi diesel products’ diagnostic & repairing technology

Key Accountabilities:

· Deliver technical support to Delphi diesel service network in China

· Deliver the test equipment maintenance training, onsite audit & technical support to the diesel fuel injection products repairing workshops

· Support the Daily operation of Delphi Service Center with Technical support such as:

o   Answering technical queries

o   Producing technical bulletins

· Support the development of materials and information to support Service Technology activities.

o   Technical Bulletins.

o   Training Materials and Samples.

o   Fitting Instructions / Guides.

· Ensure all service technology facilities, rooms and workshops are well maintained and controlled.

· Support the implementation of the Delphi annual technical training plan

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Fluent Oral & writing English (Required)
• Electrical & Electronics background (Required)
• MS office including Excel, Power point & Word (Required)
• Can accept fluent business travelling (required)
• Equipment maintenance & repairing experience (Preferred)
