Responsibilities

  

  

• Check daily parking revenues with Customer Service and self-service machines
• Check daily sales revenue reports of retail tenants
• Check the bank accounts and write-off the debit notes accordingly and provide daily reports
• Prepare cash journal reports
• Prepare revenue journal entries in SUN system
• Prepare checks and remittance forms for signatures and arrange payments and reimbursements
• Communicate with banks for bank payments & receipts
• Maintain adequate security for computer systems and filling systems

  

  

Requirements

  

  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• One to three years’ experience in cashier duties
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Team Player, strong integrity, and confidentiality
• Willing to adapt and learn
