Responsibilities

？Drive initiatives on master data products

？Work with business unit and other BSA to scope, analyze and finalize the business requirements for master data products

？Document the requirements and clearly articulate business impact, benefit and project objectives

？Identify and manage issues, risks and dependencies during the project

？Collaborate with enterprise master data counterparts to sync up on progress, issues, requirement and roadmap etc.

？Intake and prioritize master data related requests

Minimum Qualifications

？B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or similar discipline)

？5+ years of experience in business analytics and/or business intelligence area

？Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

？2+ years of experience in SQL

？Experience problem solving individually or in a group

？Experience shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control

？Fluent in English speaking, written and listening

Preferred Qualifications

？Experience in dealing with master data like product, customer, consumer etc.

？Ability to communicate with clarity across both engineering, marketing and sales teams

？Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and lack of guidance

？Work with business unit to scope, analyze and finalize the business requirements for data warehouse projects.

？Document the requirements and clearly articulate business impact, benefit and project objectives.

？Identify and manage issues, risks and dependencies during the project.

？Establish and build lasting relationship with business users.

？Provide business support to users to maximize data usability.

？Collect common data requests and work with BI engineer to provide reporting solution

Minimum Qualifications

？B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or similar discipline)

？3+ years of experience in business analytics and/or business intelligence

？Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

？3+ years of experience in SQL

？Experience problem solving individually or in a group setting and knowledge of drivers of the business

？Experience designing, leading and executing analysis and reporting

？Experience shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control

？Communication experience

？Experience with forecasting tools

Preferred Qualifications

？Experience in Tableau/Power BI/visualization tools

？Ability to communicate with clarity across both engineering, marketing and sales teams

？Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and lack of guidance

？Collaborate as a data governance expert with key partners and the business to understand requirements, find feasible solutions to resolve problems

？Exercise strong leadership abilities working both independently and with project teams to understand, research, determine, document and communicate future direction

？Utilize strong influencing and communication skills to engage with business stakeholders

？Collaborate with enterprise data governance counterparts both bottom up and top down

？Intake, prioritize and routing to enterprise for data governance requests

Minimum Qualifications

？B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or similar discipline)

？5+ years of working experience as consultant or operation manager or project manager or analyst

？Experience problem solving individually or in a group

？Experience shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control

？Fluent in English speaking, written and listening

Preferred Qualifications

？Experience in data governance

？Experience in master data management

？Experience in SAP or data related project, like use SAP as data source or use SAP to operate

？Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and lack of guidance
