岗位职责：

1.负责行业信息的收集、安排专家访谈以及与客户和专家进行交流；

2.学习和理解客户和项目经理给予的项目，能通过各种渠道主动开拓新的专家资源，并介绍公司业务和项目情况询问合作意向；协助项目经理做好服务细节

3.长期关注行业新闻，深入理解行业动态对资本市场的影响，深入了解自己所负责的行业

4.深入了解自己所负责的1-2个行业；

5.负责专家网络关系的维护。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，专业不限；

2.出色的逻辑性思维能力，富于团队合作的精神及良好的沟通能力；

3.抗压能力强，主动学习，善于沟通；

4.性格外向，认真负责，做事有持续性。

Title: Knowledge Associate

Location: Shanghai Headquarter

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for project management and control over the direction and progress of the project;

2.Collect industry information, arrange expert interviews, and communicate with clients and experts;

3.Learn and understand the projects given by clients and project managers, actively develop new expert resources through a variety of channels, introduce the company's business and project details to gauge their intention for cooperation, and assist the project manager with service details;

4.Pay long-term attention to industry news, have an in-depth understanding of the impact of industry dynamics on the capital market, master the industries that you are in charge of;

5.have an in-depth understanding of 1-2 industries that you are in charge of;

6.Maintain relationships in the expert network.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above of any major , graduates of 2014/2015/2016/2017;

2. Excellent logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit and communication skills;

3. Strong anti-pressure ability, active learner with good communication skills;

4. Outgoing, serious, responsible, perseverant personality.
