Responsibilities:

Sales Planning:

• Company budget & forecast planning (yearly, monthly)
• Monthly forecast (BV, BQ, BP)
• Be involved in the company weekly & monthly key message report process, prepare sales review for monthly commercial meeting, to analyze channel & region performance
• Plan annual CAPEX budget and monitor the status
• Plan annual pos open / reno / cloure plan
• Set sales target (offline) and tracking performance – monthly
• Monthly consolidate competitor reports from sales team to evaluate performance vs competitors
• Manage responsible channel bottomed up monthly sales targets, sales team rolling forecast and performance tracking

Sales Operation:

Process management

• Submit capex in application procedures according to Asia regional headquarter requirement and regularly monitoring capex actual expense vs company budget
• Manage company contract application process to ensure all contract signing meet the requirement of legal and company approval matrix

Team management

• Monthly or quarterly collect required sales data for HR to calculate incentive for SA/SE/SM/RSM; conduct KPI tracking for all respective sales team with different KPI and weighting setting
• Annually review company operation procedures, such as company approval matrix, SA shift arrangement process & over time application forms, etc

Channel management

• Organize wholesaler conference for customers to pre-order products and strengthen trade relationship
• i.Facilitate wholesale channel operation process according to company approval matrix and channel policy documents
• ii.Facilitate wholesale channel operation process according to company approval matrix and channel policy documents
• iii.Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising departments for advertising & promotion planning, implementation and evaluation
• iv.Assist channel manager to prepare contracts and set targets for each wholesaler according to policies, summarize contracts details for other departments to implement
• v.Conduct monthly sales review by channel, product and customers to help sales team find sales opportunities and resolve problems
• vi.Calculate wholesaler incentives and refunds according to trading terms specified in wholesaler’s contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree above
• Strong sense of responsibility, team cooperation spirit
• Good communication skill
• Be positive under great pressure and spread positive power
• Technical skills: Good data management and analysis capabilities, logical thinking
• Language Skills: Good command of English in read and written
• IT proficiency:   Proficient in MS office

Other skills: Strong inter-personal, communication, influencing and problem solving skills
