dLocal 正在寻找一位市场专员加入我们中国团队，与团队成员一起建立亚太客户社群的信任以及促进品牌发声。 我们在中国及亚太市场的推广工作刚刚起步，期待有相关经验的人才加入我们中国团队，坐标深圳。

作为市场专员， 你将负责创建， 管理，执行以及维护dLocal 在大中华区的营销渠道， 如搜索引擎， 社交媒体等。 同时， 你还需要通过组织，举办行业会议来推广公司的产品与服务。

Responsibilities:

工作职责

- overseeing and developing marketing campaigns ， promotion activities for China

组织及统筹中国区营销推广与促销等活动。

- conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences

通过市场研究与数据分析来识别目标群体

- Working closely with HQ to devise and present ideas and strategies for China market

与总部紧密合作， 为中国市场计划提出建议并制定营销策略

- creating and establishing dLocal social medias channels in China (WeChat, Baidu, Weibo, etc.)

建立并运营dLocal 的社交媒体渠道

- develop and manage suppliers , compiling and distributing financial and statistical information

管理供应商, 协助财务， 协调管理相关财务报表和流程。

- writing and proofreading creative copy

内容撰写以及文案和设计审核。

- maintaining dLocal Chinese section of the website and using data analytics tools to define KPI's

维护公司中文网站， 使用数据分析工具定义相关KPI

- organizing events and product exhibitions

Requirements:

要求

1.3+ year experience in SEO and SEM , Experience with Social Media Management ( Wechat marketing ) is a plus .

3年以上SEO和SEM的实操经验， 社交媒体渠道（尤其是微信营销）相关经验为加分项；

2.copywriting, editing, translation in digital media and/or publishing

有数字媒体文案撰写和编辑的能力。

3.Native-level Mandarin Chinese and fluency/strong proficiency in English are required.

中文母语，英语要求流利。

4.Strong copy-editing skills with a knack for identifying and correcting typos, grammatical mistakes, and stylistic inconsistencies

较强的文字编辑校阅能力。 关注细节， 文字功底好。

5.Robust understanding of publishing standards and regulations on the Chinese Internet

对于中国互联网内容的发行要求和相关规定熟悉。

8.A degree or equivalent (ideally in Marketing)

全国统招全日制本科学历以上， 留学经历优先（ 市场营销或相关专业优先）

9.Interest in finance and business content is a plus, as well as ecommerce experience

10. Excellent self-management, organizational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
