POSITION TITLE: CNC Process Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 职位要求:

  

  

• College degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing or equivalent;

  大专（含）以上学历，机械制造或相关专业

• Min. 5 years working experience in machining process related;

  五年以上机加工相关工作经历

• Be familiar with machining equipment and able to select proper equipment as per product and production requirement;

  精通各类机加工设备，能根据产品和生产要求选用合适的加工设备

• Be capable to review special machining equipment and fixture design, manufacturing progress follow up, tryout and buyoff;

  具备机加工专机和机加工工装夹具的设计评审、制造跟踪、调试以及验收等相关工作的能力

• Be capable to select proper cutter for equipment and operate gages and checking fixtures;

  具备刀具选用，量、检具使用的能力

• Be familiar with GD&T;

  精通形位公差及工程制图

• Be familiar with related CAD and CAM software and be able to 4 axis or 5 axis programming;

  熟悉并能使用相关CAD 和CAM 软件，并具备一定的实际4 轴或5 轴编程能力；

• Good communication ability and team working;

  良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神

                                

  

Responsible/ Efforts/ Working Conditions 职位描述:

  

  

• Be responsible for advance process development;

  负责机加工工艺的前期方案开发

• Be responsible for machining process development and related documents compiling;

  负责编制机加工工艺以及相关工艺文件

• Be responsible for equipment and/or tooling technical requirement and buyoff specification development, design buyoff, follow up, commissioning and buyoff etc.;

  负责机加工设备和/或夹具技术要求和验收标准的制定、设计验收、进度跟踪、调试及验收等工作

• Be responsible for machining process trouble shooting;

  负责机加工生产过程中相关工艺问题的解决

• Be responsible for continuous improvement;

  负责机加工工艺的持续改进

• Be involved in lean production implementation;

  参与公司精益生产工作的开展

• Confers with Product Engineers to clarify or resolve problems and develop designs;

  与产品工程师交流，共同分析和解决产品设计开发过程中的问题

• Be responsible of R&R and Cpk calculation;

  负责设备工装重复再现性分析和设备能力计算

• Commitment to continuous improvement and work place safety;

  要不断改进工作，并遵守安全工作规范

• Work with minimal supervision;

  能够积极完成工作

• TS16949 awareness and adherence;

  理解并贯彻TS16949 的要求
