岗位职责：
1、负责访客、来宾、面试的登记、接待、引见；
2、负责快件收发、机票及火车票、酒店的准确预定；
3、负责车辆、会议室管理；
4、负责电话、邮件、信函的收转发工作，做好工作信息的记录、整理、建档；
5、执行公司考勤制度，负责员工的考勤记录的汇总
6、完成领导交办的其他或临时工作。

任职要求：
1、本科学历，管理、英语或相关专业，会用英语进行简单的日常对话及电话接听；
2、一年以上公司行政前台相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可；
3、为人诚信，踏实细致，同时有较强的灵活应变能力；
4、较好的形象气质素质，较强的责任心，工作积极主动，具有团队协作精神与服务意识；
5、熟练使用Office办公软件和办公自动化设备。
