工作职责:

1、负责日常系统订单录入、调整等确认和打单；

2、负责客户放货流程及库存、交期的跟进及查询，

4、负责订单管理相关报表的制作、统计、分析；

6、确保订单及时准确的录入并反馈客户；

7、确保反馈查询数据及时和准确；

8、能够很好的处理客户订单投诉的各项事宜；

9、完成上级交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1、高中以上学历，22岁-40岁，性别不限；

2、一年以上物流行业工作经验，有相关系统订单处理经验的优先考虑；

3、熟练操作办公软件OFFICE；

4、具备良好的沟通表达能力，良好的团队精神，能迅速适应岗位；

5、能够服从上级领导安排，主动承担重任；

6、具有创新精神和较强的服务意识，能够主动提出改进意见；
