岗位职责：
1、负责公司日常人事工作，起草有关人事管理的初步意见，完善现有人事管理制度；
2、负责公司各部门人才需求的筛选，配备工作，做好人才引进，培养，管理工作；
3、负责建立完善用工档案，做好各类人力资源信息的统计，分析，预测，调整及公司人才库建立等工作；
4、负责员工关系管理办理，劳动合同签订，续签，职务任免，调配，解聘，离退休的申请报批手续及相关事宜；
5、负责员工户籍调动等申请报批手续；
6、负责落实劳动安全保护，协助处理有关公司劳动安全，工伤事故调查，善后处理及补偿等事务；
7、负责常规评选优秀工作；
8、公司部分外联事务的组织协调工作；
9、配合集团HR相关工作。

岗位要求：
1、相关专业本科及以上学历者优先；
2、3年以上人事工作经验；
3、对招聘，绩效考核，薪资福利，培训的模块尤为熟悉；文笔佳。
4、熟悉劳动人事法规，能独立处理协调劳动人事方面的一般纠纷；
5、良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；
6、良好的职业道德，敬业精神及团队合作精神。
