1. Setup and manage project on specialized field

Education 教育背景：
Master degree or above, major in Polymer or Chemistry.
Special knowledge/Skills 特别技能及知识：
? Experiment design and analysis in Silicones of Textile Coating
? Good command of English
? Good command of computer
Related Experience 相关经历：
? At least 3 years experience in the chemical and material related industry, foreign company preferred
? At least 2 years experience in silicone RTV or LSR field or its application, silicone textile coating application prefered
