Job Description:

-       To setup Lean Manufacturing System of Luceco JX and implement it together with other managers.

-       Be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly lean activities in the company.

-       Drive lean maturity improvement with systematic approaches.

-       Organize and improvement Lean related training/qualifications in the company with cooperation with other departments.

-       Continuously develop, review and standardize the lean related topics in close cooperation with company management, coordinates and manages cross functional teams for that purpose.

-       Develops and coordinates implementation plans with management based on an agreed priority.

-       Standardize and drive a set of indicators to monitor the progress and sustainability of the lean activities.

-       Assists Asia Managing Director in developing a Lean culture that embraces change.

-       Be responsible for Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) together with New Product Development team and Manufacturing Department.

-       Responsible for Industry Engineering function setup with Time Study.

-       Responsible for company wise layout planning and implementation with other departments.

Specification Requirement:

-       Love Lean.

-       At least 5 years lean implementation experience with proved success in implementation and concept.

-       At least 10 years operations experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, quality, etc.;

-       Strong Operational Leadership experience/potential.

-       A demonstrated understanding/expert of lean principles such as:

o    JIT

o    Jidoka

o    VSP (VSM/VSD) or MIFA

o    Pull & levelling

o    Consumption control

o    Visual management

o    FIFO, Supermarket

o    Other lean elements

-       Experience in DFMA.

-       Experience in factory layout design and implementation, especially flow oriented layout.

-       Industry engineering background is plus.
