岗位职责:
Key responsibility:
? Develop and update automation test framework according to active projects.
? Study and explore new tools for software testing, continuously improve test efficiency and enlarge test coverage.
? Coach writing automation test script. Review test scripts and ensure code quality.
? Create, manage and track test run builds.
? Support release test process.
日常工作职责：
? 根据项目开发和更新软件自动化测试框架。
? 学习和探索软件测试工具，以持续提高测试效率和覆盖率。
? 指导自动化测试框架使用者测试脚本的编程，审阅自动化测试脚本，保证代码质量。
? 建立，管理和跟踪软件测试编译管线（BuildPipeline）。
? 支持发布测试流程。任职资格:
Requirements:
? 3+ years software developing, high level knowledge in C/C++, .Net, Java.
? Software test framework or related test experiences (e.g. Unit Testing, writing automated tests).
? Ability to work well with teams in fast paced, dynamic, agile development environment.
? Good ability of organization, analysis, good at team management and encouragement.
? Good written and verbal English skills.

? 软件测试相关工作经验（例如，开发自动化测试脚本）。
? 敏捷团队快速迭代工作能力。
? 组织、分析和管理团队的能力。
