岗位职责:

This position is responsible for financial analysis, comprehensive report building, and new process implementation as it relates to business analysis .
? Developing intelligent, insightful reporting on the key drivers of our business
? Interacting with internal stakeholders to deep dive on business analysis and reporting needs ? Ad hoc project work supporting the re-invention of how we manage our business
? Retrieving and transforming raw data from SAP systems
? Providing analytical support to team to identify maximum sell-out, optimal assortments, localization, improved end customer experience
? Presenting written recommendations and insights to key stakeholders and senior leadership ? Manage and execute transversal projects to implement new business analysis processes from beginning through execution

任职资格:

? 8 years of experience in business intellignce, financial analyst role with interest in transitioning into Fashion/Retail/FMCG
? Advanced Tableau Skills、ProwerBI Skill Personal Characteristics:
? Advanced report building skills (Macro)
? Advanced Excel skills (REQUIRED)
? Action oriented; drive for result
? Service orientation and customer focus
? Highly detail oriented and financially apt with passion for business analysis
? Social perceptiveness ? Problem-solver ? Strong work ethic
? Organized; resourceful ? Strong oral and written communicati
