职责描述：
'- 负责编制大型模块项目建造执行计划；
- 负责大型模块项目的建造方案、建造顺序控制管理，建造计划控制和进度的监督，审核建造程序和各专业施工方案；
- 确保建造人员有效的实施项目安全方针和计划；
- 负责项目预测和报告项目劳动力资源需求计划、车间资源需求计划和场地占用需求计划；
- 组织协调各专业的建造工作的顺序和计划安排；
- 负责建造过程中的风险管理，并对重大风险源组织建造组采用应对措施；
- 负责项目建造过程中的生产、质量、安全重要问题的协调解决，使甲方建造经理或驻厂代表满意。
- Responsible for developing mega module fabrication execution plan;
- Responsible for overall control of mega module construction methodology and sequence ,fabrication planning control & progress monitoring, and review of fabrication execution procedures and discipline method statements.
- Ensure personnel safety and adherence to HSE plan and policies.
- In charge of forcasting required manpower resources,workshop resources and space resources.
- Coordinate all discipline construction activities with proper sequence and planning.
- In charge of constructability risk management and take necessary measured actions with construction team.
- In charge of on-site matters (including HSE, QA/QC, etc) and to resolve important issues during construction to satisfy with client fabrication manager or rep.

任职要求：
'-英文熟练，能作为工作语言；中文熟练更佳；
-15年以上海工或模块项目建造施工管理经验，在承建方作为项目建造负责人至少完成2个模块项目建造管理（合同金额不少于50M美金）；
- 有单体万吨级模块建造管理经验，或Yamal模块建造项目经验优先；
- Proficient in English as working language; Both in Mandarin and English as prioity.
- Above 15 years offshore or module construction management experience.Fully involvement in at least 2 complete module construction as fabrication manager at yard site. (Contract Value should be above 50M US dollar)
- Above 10000 Tons by module or Yamal module construction project experience is preferred
