-协助项目经理拟定项目执行计划PEP
-组织制定项目大节点计划，组织完善项目二级和三级计划，S-Curve, WBS, 进度统计系统和办法，并提交上级及船东确认；
- 负责完成每月进度款付款申请所需的进度报告和当月累计完成进度的确认；
- 制定项目资源需求计划（人力、设备、场地）并及时向生产工区提供指导意见；
-与船东和PM商定后，组织制定3M和2W计划，指导计划工程师完成周计划、月报、周报、日报的编制提交船东和公司管理层；
-掌握和通报项目计划执行状况，及时发现偏差，并提出Recovery Plan及措施加以纠正，使项目工作处于受控状态；
-Assist project manager to develop the project execution plan PEP
-Organize the development of project milestone shedule as well as L2 & L3 planning, S-curve, WBS, progress statistics system and methodology, and in time advisory to production and workshop;
-Responsible for completing the progress report required by the monthly progress payment application and confirming the monthly cumulative progress;
-Make project resource demand plan (manpower, equipment, site) and provide guidance to production and workshop in time;
-Organize the formulation of 3M and 2W plans after the negotiation with shipowners and PM, and instruct the planning engineers to complete weekly plans, monthly reports, weekly reports and daily reports to report to shipowners and Yard top management;
-Master and report the project Plan implementation status, find out the deviation in time, and propose the Recovery Plan and measures to correct, so as to make the project executed under control;

任职要求：
'-中、英文熟练，能作为工作语言；
-6年以上海工或模块项目计划工程师经验，熟练使用P6，作为计划主管至少完整参与1个海工或模块建造项目；
- 有Yamal模块建造项目经验优先；
Proficient in Mandarin and English as working language;
- Above 6 years experience as a project planning engineer, skillful in P6, as planning lead fully involvement in at least 1 complete offshore or module construction project;
- Yamal module construction project experience is preferred
