职位描述
- To lead the Brand Events function within Marketing and Sales Dept. To be responsible of the overall event planning and execution for high profile events that will have substantial business impact for Bordrin. (A-level Autoshows in China, International Autoshows, B-C level and local autoshows, new product launch events, test drives, product displays, new etc.)
- As a result, position Bordrin as leader in EV Experiential Brand through maximizing innovative and inspirational brand exposure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Events Management and Activation
l
In charge of all brand events (A-level Autoshows
in China, International Autoshows, B-C level and local autoshows, new product
launch events, test drives, product displays and others)
l
Develop comprehensive event calendar in line with
overall marketing plan and business objectives. Define Bordrin’s experiential
strategy to differentiate Bordrin’s brand image as an innovative and inspiring
consumer focused EV brand
l
Strong Project Management of all key events cross-functionally
to ensure high quality event delivery and KPI achievement.
l
Proactively suggest innovative event platforms and
activities to build Bordrin’s brand image and presence.
l
Manage all events with the aim to maximize
cost-efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
l Ensure
the highest quality delivery of event execution by leveraging proven experience
and track record, to enhance and maintain Bordrin’s brand image
l Efficiently
manage all event agencies and provide on-strategy briefing, quality control and
on-time delivery
l Communicate
with company stakeholders and align on key event strategies and timely
information sharing
l Assist
to provide briefings to Retail team to transfer key knowledge and information
for retail level events.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
l
More than 10 years of hands-on experience in
events, auto-shows, test-drives, new product launch events etc.
l
Highly skilled in project management and able to
handle projects independently (event planning, budgeting)
l
In-depth knowledge and understanding of
experiential events
l
Excellent communication skills (with key
stakeholders, cross-functionally and with agencies) Proficiency in English is
preferred.
l
Proven record in successful event executions.
(Candidate must have proven record in successful autoshows both in China and
internationally. With FMCG event experience is a plus)
l
Very Good understanding
of mainland Chinese auto market, Chinese customer behaviour and consumer event
trends
l
Excellency in holistic
thinking, structure, business and able to effectively communicate is a
fundamental must. (This role is not just about event execution)
l
Strong drive to push agendas
and manage process across different departments.
l Able to work under high pressure and tight
timelines and manage various voices across departments.
l Highly proactive and entrepreneurial. Able to
roll-up sleeves and just get job done.
l
Proficiency in MS Office software (Excellent
Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills)
l
Ability to think strategically and proactively,
anticipate future event trends in line with overall brand and business
objectives.
l
Demonstrated success in leading and growing challenger
brands
l
Bachelor's degree required; M.B.A. preferred
