职位描述
Position Purpose
Follow process and procedures to collect financial data and run financial reports. Provide basic interpretation and information to various departments.
Assist in internal control activities, including policy initiation / updating, execution monitoring, risk control. Coordinate Finance training.
Principal Accountability
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountability include, but are not limited to:
Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Reporting
§ Be responsible for certain financial and management reports required by China, shareholder and Global
§ Provide support to manager and related part on preparing yearly planning.
§ Provide financial data to ensure manager could run reports in accuracy to Finance Controller and management team for reviewing and finalizing.
Financial Supporting
§ Provide consultation to other departments on financial matters.
§ Follow data processing and collecting procedures and provide support to financial manager/controller on yearly planning process.
§ Participate in projection process,
§ Support other financial matter within MCCL such as managing GC/BOG vouchers, etc.
§ Participate in ad hoc projects.
Controlling and Training
§ Help monitoring G&A spending.
§ Help managing MCCL FA.
§ Participate SOX compliance requirement by being certain process owner, responsible for monitoring the compliance status for the assigned process.
§ Assist in company policy’s initiation and updating to meet with business progress and company strategy.
§ Assist in control design to comply with global policies and standard SOX control;
§ Consultation with the regions on internal control matters including franchise business related, region general control review and store audit;
§ Assist to provide action plan after issue finding and follow up the execution.
职位要求：
§ 5年左右公司Finance经验，必须1-2年 FP&A相关经验
§ 本科毕业
§ 熟练使用EXCEL
