We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic contractor to serve as an assistant in BeiGene's growing Legal Department. The Contractor will work closely with the attorneys and staffs in BeiGene's Legal Department and provide support on a contract management system implementation, among others. This is a great opportunity for those who are interested in the life sciences industry and global pharmaceutical development, including China, the United States, and Europe. May convert to FTE after one year.

• Supporting the Legal team in implementing a contract management system, including entering and uploading historical contracts and contract data, contract filing, template checking, among others.
• Supporting e-chop and chop implementation and management
• Other corporate legal related tasks

• Bachelor's degree required, law degree preferred
• At least 1-year administrative experience with and/or interest in biotechnology or pharmaceutical companies with global operations, including China, a plus 
• Exceptional organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information using excellent discretion and judgment
• Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Ability to be flexible and willing to accept new responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
