Position: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

-       Be able to evaluate the lifecycle cost for MEP equipment selection

-       Be able to involve in project technical specification preparation

-       Manage and review MEP design quality provided by designer

-       Establish MEP inspection check list and protocol 

-       Develop the testing and commissioning (T&C) strategy. Review and approve T&C plan

-       Prepare technical document for tendering

-       Have knowledge of MEP system cost estimation and be able to find cost effective solution for MEP design

-       Provide general MEP engineering advice and support to project teams and clients as required

-       Verify construction progress and quality

-       Cooperate with project members closely to guarantee the project milestone;

-       Coordinate with clients, headquarters and other consultants to clarify the special requirements and solve the problems accordingly;

-       Willing to work on construction site;

Job Requirements: 

-       College degree or above (mechanical/electrical engineering);

-       At least 3 years of relevant work experience;

-       Foreign capital management company, mechanical/electrical engineering project related experience is preferred;

-       Good command of English, can use as working language, able to read and write English emails;

-       Familiar with office, word, excel, CAD and other related software;

-       Can work as a part of the team and stay committed. Know how to cooperate and prove as an import role in the team;

-       Problem solving skills. Can find problems quickly and come up with solutions;

-       Good communication skills, can express ideas clearly, can attend people with non-threaten way;

-       Willing to learn, self-motivated and self-disciplined
