? Communicate closely with retail managers, consignment managers across the cities on reports/procedure standardization.

? Assist in the completion of reports to Regional Office.

? Provide in-depth sales analysis to the retail team and boost the sales.

? Provide recommendation on the retail store operation and sales improvement.

? Organize retail team to share best practice.

? Follow up stores commercial performance through different sales analysis and productivity reports, including daily/weekly/monthly analysis reports etc. 

? Participate and coordinate in budgeting and forecasting for retail operations department.

? Assist Retail VP to consolidate, and share best practices among different brands in different cities, and support wherever required to implement best practices.

? Align related forms, process among Calvin Klein and Tommy brands; ensure the accuracy and consistency in China.

? Support Retail VP to work on varied projects, provide necessary supports whenever required.

? Highly participate in Omni channel related tasks and data analysis. 

任职要求：

Experience:   

- At least 3 years hands-on experience in retail operations, international apparel industry background is preferred.

- Or1 year working experience if consulting firm as analyst. 

Skills: 

- Strong project and time management skills; ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and coordinate timetable with multiple countries and business units; timely follow up with countries to ensure all reporting deadlines are met. 

- Strong in data analysis and reports.

- A good team player, with excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Fast learner, self- motivated, and able to work under pressure

- Patient, detail orientated and mature personality 

- Influential and effective communicator, fluent in English communications, written and verbal

- Proficient in MS Office software, including but not limited to EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Word etc.

 

Education:  Bachelor's degree or above.
