Position: Civil Engineer

Job Description:

-       Assist project manager in daily work;

-       Supervise site works and check quality in civil part;

-       As on-site civil engineer, assist project manager to complete related documents;

-       Control the quality, progress and safety of civil works and assist project manager in cost control;

-       Coordinate with the owner, the design institute, the construction company, the supervision company, the related government departments and the appointed supplier by owner;

-       Cooperate with project members closely to guarantee the project milestone;

-       Willing to work on site;

Job Requirements: 

-       College degree or above (civil engineering, steel structure, decoration, foreign language related major);

-       At least 3 years of relevant work experience;

-       Foreign capital management company, civil engineering project related experience is preferred

-       Good command of English, can use as working language, able to read and write English emails;

-       Familiar with office, word, excel, CAD and other related software;

-       Can work as a part of the team and stay committed. Know how to cooperate and prove as an import role in the team;

-       Problem solving skills. Can find problems quickly and come up with solutions;

-       Good communication skills, can express ideas clearly, can attend people with non-threaten way;

-       Willing to learn, self-motivated and self-disciplined
