Position:              Cashier

Reporting to:        Controller FICE

Subordinate:       N/A

 

Job Duties:

 

AP Related:

1) Manage the employee expense reimbursement; check all the supporting documents with accuracy and proper authorization;

2) Receive and process invoices from suppliers, including foreign currency payment applications and process

3) Settle down cheque & E-bank payment and reconcile bank a/c statement, ie. write cheque payment, record each cheque payment and regularly check balance statement with bank;

4) Follow up any long outstanding items of all the bank recon.
5) Follow-up on payments due by customers;

6) Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of payments

7) Complete payment vouchers and payment ledger for month end accounting

8) Maintain file

9) Import and export related issue, Ex: Duty, CD and import and export sheet etc

 

Tax Related:

1) VAT & EBIT Tax declaration timely and accurately

 

Other Related:

1) Issue invoice to customer (including VAT and BT)

2) Account reconciliation for all bank account

3) Maintain proper filing of documents

 

Qualification Requirements:

1） Education: Colleague degree

2） Majoring in finance, accounting, business administration, etc.

3） Professional Experience: at least 1 years relevant experience, know well about accounting administration process in a multinational enterprise, solid understanding on the controlling points during the whole course of accounting management as well as the connection points with other functional counterparts within the team;

4） Behavioral requirement: quick learner, take initiatives, active and effective team member, with strong willing in further development;

5） Other hard skills/Certificates: good skill in computer and relevant software i.g. MS Office, and other Finance Software, proficient in working in an English environment;
