1. Administration:

  

 a. Meeting and travel organization, including travel application, hotel, flight, meeting room booking and travel expense claim, etc.

  

 b. Document management, including contracts, agreements, purchasing order, drawing/specification, etc.

  

 c. Track sourcing project status and update the project status report monthly.

  

 2. Strategic purchasing:

  

 a. Provide sourcing support to Project Sourcing Managers in Asia Sourcing Center.

  

 b. Responsible for the low complex sourcing and purchasing activities and certain market study.

  

 c. Being back-up to Key User of SCHOTT Online Procurement tool in Asia to ensure implementation of SPO in the whole region.

  

 d. Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

    

 

  

 职位要求:

  

 1. Undergraduate or postgraduate student; Engineering or Janpanese background preferred (but not a must)

  

 2. Intern experience with similiar position would be preferred.

  

 3. Fluent Japanese ( English would be a plus );

  

 4. Good capability in communication, coordination, and organization;

  

 5. Positive and Can-Do attitude.

  

 6. Project management experience and negotiation skills would be a plus.
