Job Requirement:

Knowledge management: Provision of expert knowledge and expertise around business division for Testing/validation electronics

Professional Tasks

1. Responsible for the study of test standard and method according to customer request or internal request, and making internal test specification/ procedure

2. Responsible for making/reviewing test plan, availability of test equipment among the project team

3. Responsible for making/reviewing test reports and creating TR0/ TR1/ TR2 releases

4. Responsible for training on test technicians/coordinators on test method/ specifications, test equipment.

5. Implementation of tests including EMC/electrical test/ environmental tests/ other specific tests

6. Support the selection, installation, acceptance and document and operation manual of new equipment

7. Interface to customer regarding to test specification, validation status, and presentation of test results

8. Responsible for setup, calibration, maintenance of test fixtures/ test equipment

9. Responsible for stress test for PCBA during development phase and PV sample build-up

Job Qualification:

1. Technical degree of at least 4 years, completed in one of the following fields: electrical engineering/ electronics engineering/ test/ relative measurement

2. 3-5 years working experience

3. Good on Office software, as MS Project/ Visio/ Excel/ Doc

4. Capable of reading the drawings, translation and understanding of the relative professional documents

5. Knowledge in standard ISO/TS16949 and ISO/IEC17025 and basic quality statistics knowledge

6. Knowledge on relevant standardization/specification from different OEMs or international standards

7. Good/ fluent English communication

8. Knowledge on electronics production process or relevant

9. Knowledge on NI tools/ Labview is preferred

10. Knowledge on PLC is preferred
