1.      负责公司银行存款的收付、 银行票据的领购、开具、保管，编制银行凭证；

  

2.      负责每月***认证, 印花税购买及其他涉税事项；

  

3.      负责员工报销，收集、审核原始凭证，确保报销单据的合法性、真实性;

  

4.      负责与银行、税务等部门的对外联络；

  

5.      配合财政、税务及审计检查，准备材料，确保准确性；

  

6.      负责财会文件的准备、归档和保管；

  

7.      协助主管完成其他日常事务性工作

  

 

任职要求：

  

 1.      会计、财务等相关专业大专以上学历；

  

2.      持会计从业资格证书；了解国家财经政策和会计、税务法规，熟悉银行结算业务；

  

3.      工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神;

  

4.      熟练使用财务软件、Excel、Word等办公软件；

  

5.      有外企工作背景者优先；家住奉贤平安，或临港泥城者优先；
