POSITION TITLE: KONTOOR BRANDS INC., Retail Admin Officer

LOCATION OF POSITION: Shanghai, China

REPORTING TO: Retail Operation Assistant Manager

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• 提供例行的每周/每月/每季度销售数据，以支持零售业务绩效评估
• 提供有关库存类别的库存分析
• 提供与零售会议，商店激励，现场请求等相关的数据支持。
• 负责零售运营部门的合同管理
• 负责DS与总部之间的沟通与协调，汇总DS招聘去求和店铺考勤数据
• 每月与其他部门（财务，人事，物流等）保持联系
• 零售运营团队中的关键管理员支持

包括但不局限于

• 本科以上学历，1-2年行政助理工作经验，优秀的19届毕业生亦可
• 熟练掌握 Excel, PPT,等
• 细心，良好的沟通能力，快速的学习和适应能力
• 有过零售经验可作为加分项
• 英文流利可作为加分项
