Responsibilities 职能:

·         Identify business insights

Utilize business insight, analyze complex data and identify opportunity for business improvement and decision making.

Liaise with business leaders to ensure the visualized data comply with users’ requirements.

市场洞察力

利用市场洞察力，分析复杂数据，以此识别市场的发展并决策。

与业务主管密切合作，确保可视化数据符合用户需求。

·         Frequent stores visit and communicate with local team to monitor inventory levels and sales.

Develop analytical process to help data visualization.

门店巡视，并与当地团队和门店沟通，监控库存水平和销售情况。

开发分析流程来支持数据的可视化。

·         Plan and executive trade promotion and sales activities to achieve sales target.

计划和执行销售推广和销售活动以完成销售目标。

·         Manage OTB plans and budget, merchandise mix and assortments with the region.

管理OTB计划和预算，管理商品组合和分类。

·         Liaise with local merchandisers in APAC for the assortment mix and needs.

与亚太地区的当地采购员联系，了解产品搭配和需求。

·         Deploy effective replenishment and mark down plans to maximize the sell-thru and achieve target.

调配有效的补货和减价计划，实现***化销售并完成目标。

·         Proposing promotion strategies within the stores to stimulate sales.

提出店内促销策略以刺激销售。

·         Liaise with vendors on shipment, pricing and purchase ordering issues.

与供应商就发货、定价和采购订单等问题保持联系。

·         Analyse different reports to identify sales opportunity.

分析不同的报告以发现销售机会。

·         Deliver product training to frontline staffs.

为一线员工提供产品培训。

·         Work with Marketing department on seasonal strategies.

与市场部门合作制定季节性策略。

Requirement 要求:

·         2 -3 years or above of experience in managing inventory and merchandise of chain store, departmental store or hotels, looking for growth.

2 -3年以上连锁店、百货店或酒店库存及商品管理经验，并在寻求更高发展的。

·         Proficiency in excel and business analysis

熟练使用excel并运用分析

·         Relevant experience in Consumer goods 

有消费品相关经验

·         Good organization and excellent communication skills

良好的组织能力和沟通能力
