DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide Technical System support in Molex Shanghai in the current and future mechanical and electrical CAD, PLM, CAE and CAM initiatives and directions.
2. Identify and provide appropriate functionality and operational environment to enable cost effective deployment of new functions for Molex Chengdu.
3. Setup and maintain Technical Systems requirements of Corporate/Regional Technical Systems.
4. Actively support Molex Chengdu in their TTM/TTV initiatives and directions in providing TS directions.
5. Participate in global upgrade of Technical Systems (primarily but not restricted to Siemens NX, SAP ECTR, Moldex, Hyperworks, etc).
6. Act as key support for Technical Systems for Molex Shanghai for the resolution of technical issues related to TS software and hardware.
7. Act as key support NX Customization contact for Molex Shanghai, Taiwan, Zhenjiang and SDP, as well as other APS plants, and provide consultation to these plants on Product Development in the use of Molex customization of existing CAD/CAM systems.
8. Act as key support CAE contact for Molex Shanghai for resolution of technical issues related to finite element software (specifically Hypermesh and FE job submission).
9. Recommend and execute changes to technical systems and processes that will result in increased productivity. 
10. Participate in trainings, and actively reporting L&E misconduct.

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED:

• Engineering or other technical degree
• College or Above PREFERRED:  

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

• 2- 3 years experience supporting at least one major CAD or CAM systems (ProE, Siemens NX, SolidWorks etc)   
• Has provided support to a workgroup of at least 10 users (either as key user or directly supporting the group).  
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer operating system.
• Good English skill.

PREFERRED:

• Training and support engineering applications.
• NX customization

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED:

• Be familiar with at least one of CAD, CAM systems such as Siemens NX etc.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Operation System.

PREFERRED:

• Be familiar with NX and/or PLM systems.
