Key Responsibilities:

As part of Urbanatomy Digital in Greater China, the digital BD executive will identify business requirements, develop and maintain localized digital solutions and help digitally transform clients’ business. You will be responsible for identifying and closing deals with new digital projects. You will use your existing relationships in the region and work with marketing to structure and close high impact partnerships that contribute revenue to national office.

·         Drive digital business solutions adoptions among clients with Urbanatomy core digital assets and partner solutions

·         Create accurate sheet of prospective client data including names, titles, phone numbers, addresses and various other information

·         Foster and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means (tradeshows, advertising/pr agency, etc.)

·         Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy

·         Execute customized digital solutions among cross-functional teams (digital tech, creative, content and etc.)

·         Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service

·         Perform other special projects or duties when required

Requirement:

1. 1-2 years of proven success in business development in digital media, pr, advertising companies is preferred;
2. Ability to establish a strong relationship and communicate effectively with clients;
3. Being comfortable presenting in a group setting;
4. Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills;
5. Strong negotiation and business management skills;
6. Acceptance of business trip if necessary

7. Be a great team player and passionate about selling.
