? Experience on hardware and custom fixtures procurement

? Solid understanding of bill of materials (BOM) components

? Experience driving build readiness, procurement and bill of materials (BOM)

? Manage logistics of parts for builds, organizing and maintaining the data

? Manage fixture/equipment logistics, custom clearance and ETAs

? Detail oriented accuracy and multitasking abilities

? Strong reporting capabilities, highly organized, independently motivated, resourceful

individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a fast paced environment

? Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors

? Excellent communication (written and verbal)

? Expert user of Excel (Macros ability) and proficient in systems

? Ensure all Apple approved vendor list (AVL) is setup in the factory procurement system and they are ready to engage on procurement in preparation for Proto builds

? Drive build fixture/equipment procurement demand for HWTE stations

? Review loan opportunities and retrofit opportunities from existing inventories

? Review where stations has build demand and no PR has been released out of ghDS

? Proactively track lead times and work with vendors to ensure fixture/equipment arrive

on time for build. Highlight and track any issues accordingly

? Proactively track and review any idle fixture/equipment across programs and leverage to reuse on current programs in partnership with AVL vendors

? Proactively review shortages and confirm Ops loans opportunities

? Track all Ops loans and return dates

? Manage scrap review and tracking

? Track and audit HWTE owned fixtures/equipment location and quantities

? Proactively track and communicate equipment status (calibration, repair, loans, and

transfers)

? Ensure all required approvals are gathered for reimburse PRs with in build lead-time

? Highlight stations with no PR has been released (consigned or reimbursed)

? Proactively expedite any custom documentation in parallel to procurement to minimize

delivery delays

? Proactively drive BOM fixture & equipment updates in ghDS BOM at every build

? Ensure validity of data on ghDS BOM (compare to test flow and legacy data)

? Review BOMs at every build and drive ECRs to completion

? Review purchase stages and encourage MP lock where reasonable

? Manage and close out BOM main issues list

? Facilitate ghDS BOM training for CM employees

? Ensure MP test time ranges are updated and BOM lock in preparation for MP handover

? Forecast logistic bottlenecks in build planning and execution

? Proactively work with vendors to push for customs clearance on high risk fixtures to

ensure timely arrival

? Communicate logistic issues and present solutions

? Track and audit HWTE owned fixtures/equipment location and quantities

? Track and communicate logistic Issues / ETA’s in preparation for build, and critical

changes during build

? BOM readiness report (BOM maturity, High/Medium/Low risk items & pending ECRs

? Build readiness report (Demand, PR/PO please, fixture/equipment ETA)

? Test station reports should use ghDS BOM reporting format

? Report and highlight any issues in a timely manner until solution is presented and issue

gets closed

? Consolidate scrap list report

? Report on hand equipment inventory status

? Ensure the data integrity in all reporting

? Fluent english (written & verbal)

? Deliver clear, crisp and objective information

? Provide timely status to HWTE logistic team

Other Deliverables include

? Solid knowledge and understanding of internal factory process

? Ability to communicate factory internal process and expedite build blocker

? Drive all issues to solution and present actions to prevent further escalations

? Document best practices and learnings and have them available to newcomers

? Create, implement and communicate internal document for processes and training

? Drive optimizations and improvements for better project support
