职位描述
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1．按照TPM 要求，完成日常TPM工作和设备维修工作。
Finish daily TPM and
equipment maintain.
2．协助设备维修组长及高级维修工完成设备工作。
Assist on the work of team
leader and senior maintainer.
3．监控生产区域操作工完成TPM工作。
Monitor operators to
finish TPM correctly.
4．会同生产区域，完成生产线切换工作。
Finish production line
change over.
5．完成生产设备应急维修。
Finish production
equipment urgent repair.
6. 严格遵守法律、法规和其他要求，按照ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS18001健康安全管理体系执行。
Obey the law, rules and
other requirement. Execute basing on the requirement of ISO14001 environment
system and OHSAS18001 health and safety system.
资格和要求
Qualification and requirements:
教育: 中专,最少维修钳工或维修电工中级证书，维修电工需要上岗证书。
Education：Technical secondary school，at least fitter Intermediate
Certificate or maintenance electrician , electrician certificate of appointment。
经历: 2年设备或非标设备维护工作经验。
Experience：2 years experience of equipment or non standard equipment maintenance.
技能Skill：
具有TPM运用经验 Experience of TPM
了解PLC控制原理 Understand
PLC control
有机械维修经验Mechanical maintenance experience
踏实 执行力强 Executive
