1.参与制定信用卡公司阶段性战略目标，并定期审查目标及调整目标

2.配合信用卡公司的战略目标，根据实际业务情况，组织制定并实施相关服务交付、项目交付工作的工作目标和工作计划。及时协调、处理、解决交付过程中遇到的各种问题。定期审查完成情况，帮助项目经理获取相关资源，指导项目经理完成项目目标。

3.建设技术团队，完成人员招募、管理、培训等工作。制定培训体系，并组织领导培训工作，不断提升员工业务水平及技能。根据每个项目积累的经验教训，及时更新培训材料，确保经验教训资产的有效利用。

4.协助制定内部规章制度、推动标准化、计量化管理工作。保证内部管理规范、风险可控。

5.制定技术及业务积累的相关措施及规范并定期审查规范和措施，不断优化调整相关政策，确保知识经验资产的保存，确保核心竞争力的形成。定期或不定期审查相关措施的执行情况，确保每个项目的经验资产的有效保存，指导或督促项目经理做好文档编写工作。

6.完成总经理交办的其它工作

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历 计算机软件相关专业毕业

2.工作年限5年以上相关行业或同岗位工作经验，有丰富的项目管理经验；

3.对当前主流的技术语言有了解，熟练掌握相关开发语言的技术知识

4.具备强大的领导能力、判断与决策力、人际能力、 沟通能力、影响能力、计划与执行能力、谈判能力。
